TULSA, Okla. -
The eastbound I-44 ramp to northbound US-75 is open after an overturned semi closed the ramp, authorities say.
ODOT said the ramp was closed as of 3:30 p.m.
The Tulsa Fire Department responded to the crash and confirmed the driver was uninjured and the oil spill was contained.
