Drone Footage Shows Smoke Pouring Out Tulsa Apartment Complex During Fire

A fire at the Windsail Apartments in Tulsa sent smoke billowing through the air Monday night.

This began around 7 p.m. near 71st and Mingo. As of 9:30 p.m., authorities are still treating hotspots from the fire.
