4 Americans Qualify For BMX Racing Semifinals At 2024 Paris Olympics

USA BMX will hold a watch party for the men's and women's semifinals and finals at the BMX Hall of Fame on Friday.

PARIS, France -

BMX racing finally got underway in Paris on Thursday, Day seven of the 2024 Olympic Games. The United States was one of only three countries to send a full five-member team to France.

On the women's side, the United States had two Americans qualify for the semifinals. Alise Willoughby from Saint Cloud, MN, and Daleny Vaughn from Tucson, AZ, both advanced to Friday's semifinals.

On the men's side, Cameron Wood from Bozeman, MT, and Kamren Larsen moved on to the semifinals.

Semifinals will start with the men's semifinals at 1 pm CST on Friday, with the women to follow. Medal races are scheduled to start at 2:35 pm.

The USA BMX Hall of Fame at 490 N. Lansing in Tulsa will be holding a watch party that will be open to the public.
