Original Grease Cast Members Coming To Tulsa, Claremore Meet & Greets

It was the summer of 1978 when the musical film 'Grease' hit theaters.

That's right the movie starred John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John and became the highest-grossing musical flick of the 20th century. Jamie Donnelly and Michael Tucci dropped by the Arca Continental Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Porch to talk about Grease and two local events where fans will have the opportunity to meet the actors in person.

Donnelly and Tucci actually both had the opportunity to not only star in the film but in the Broadway play as well. Donnelly said her famous "Brusha, brush, brusha" scene was actually an unscripted idea she had that everyone on the film loved.

They will be in Claremore on Friday, August 2 from 4-8 p.m., and Saturday, August 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The meet and greet is at the Claremore Expo Center, 400 Veterans Parkway Claremore, OK 74017. The ticket cost is just $15. For children’s tickets ages 3-12, the price is $5.

On Saturday they will also be in Tulsa at The Outsiders House, 731 N St Louis Ave, Tulsa, OK for another meet and greet between 5-8 pm There will be a movie showing at 8:30pm/at dark
