OTA Approves Toll Rates For New Interchanges

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority approves toll rates for new interchanges coming to Green Country.

The interchange on the Turner Turnpike at Route 66 near Heyburn is expected to open early next year. The Pike Pass toll rate will be 95 cents for people exiting there, while Plate Pay will be $2.50.

The new interchange on the Turner at Flint Road in Claremore is expected to be finished later this year. Pike Pass customers will pay 55 cents, and those without will pay $1.75.

OTA also approved construction on a new northbound on ramp to the Creek Turnpike from New Orleans Street, which is also 101 Street.

This will be near Events Park, where the new amphitheater is going to be built in Broken Arrow.

The City of Broken Arrow is paying for the project.
