New Murder Charge Filed Against Man Accused Of Killing 2 In Sequoyah Co.

Prosecutors file new charges against the man who led police on a manhunt after they said he murdered two people during a robbery in Sequoyah County.

Prosecutors have added a third murder charge to the case.

Stacy Drake is now accused of killing Phillip Emerson in El Reno a few days before he shot and killed Tara Underwood and Taylor Sharp at a propane business near Sallisaw, then stole their car.

Drake was later arrested near Little Rock.

Investigators said he also stole a vehicle from Emerson and a wallet from Sharp.
