What was your inspiration behind your song, 'can u blame me?'
I had a crush that didn’t go the way I wanted. A lot of my songs are my personal experiences, but I overdramatize them by getting inspiration from my friends’ love lives, TV shows, books and other music.
The story took on a different mold and instead became a story about a girl explaining why this guy who acted like he liked her and then ghosted her.
It was so hard to move on from, hence the title being 'can u blame me?' It became about her not wanting to be seen as a bad person for sort of wanting to get back together with a guy who broke her heart.

What is next for Ariana? Will you be releasing more music? Do you have a show coming up?
I plan on getting back in the studio in the next month or so to work on and release my second single.
After that, my goal is to release an album, hopefully before I graduate.
I don’t have any upcoming shows yet.
Where would you like your passion for music to take you in the next few years? What is your ultimate goal?
I have so many aspirations regarding my music and writing, but in the next few years, I would love to become a successful singer-songwriter, releasing albums, going on tour, and be able to connect with people through my music.
I would also love to get signed with a music publisher so that my music can get pitched to recording artists and get film placement. Who knows? Maybe one day my music will be playing while you are watching one of your favorite TV shows.

How many songs have you written?
I’ve been writing since I was 14-years-old. So, I have a few journals full of songs, probably about 50.
Who are your supporters?
Oh gosh, I have a big support system. So, I’d like to thank my family, my friends, my Union teachers and my Union Theatre Directors. They all have been so supportive of me for many years, and they have always been in my corner, cheering me on.
