Prosecutors have added new charges against a former employee at the Tulsa County Juvenile Detention Center.

An affidavit said a new teenager has come forward with new charges of lewd molestation and indecent exposure were added to Jonathan Hines.

the 16-year-old victim told investigators Hines offered cash and snacks in exchange for sexual acts, then threatened to hurt the victim if he told.

Prosecutors said Hines molested the victim more than 20 times and also showed him pornography on a smartwatch.

Hines was already charged with human trafficking and indecent exposure involving other teenagers at the juvenile center.
