A Broken Arrow school employee is in custody accused of exposing himself to a neighbor, authorities say.

U.S. Marshals arrested Todd Watters, who is accused of exposing himself to a neighbor while she was sunbathing in her backyard over the summer in Jenks, according to the affidavit.

Investigators said she saw Watters standing in an upstairs window next door.

Watters works as an assistant coach for the freshman football team, according to the district's website.

The district sent News On 6 the following statement:

“The district is aware of Mr. Watters' arrest, and he has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation related to his arrest.”
