Man Accused Of Attempted Robbery Arrested In Tulsa

Tulsa Police arrested a man accused of trying to rob a grocery store until the owner pulled out a pistol.

The affidavit said Jerald Ross picked out some food at the store, put it on the register and gave the cashier a note that said give him money and she wouldn't get hurt.

Investigators said she gave the note to her husband, who pulled the gun and Ross left empty-handed.

Officers arrested him for attempted robbery.
