A 34-year-old man is dead and three other people were injured in a crash involving multiple motorcycles Saturday night near Eufaula, authorities say.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the crash happened on Highway 9 near S 4280 Road in McIntosh County just after 7 p.m.
OHP said James Harp, 34, was taken to a hospital where he died at 3 a.m. Sunday.
Harp was driving a motorcycle with a female passenger and was involved in a crash with two other motorcycles and a car, OHP reports.
Harp's female passenger, one of the other motorcycle drivers and a passenger on the third motorcycle were hospitalized with several injuries. The third motorcycle driver refused treatment on the scene according to OHP.
Details leading up to the crash are still under investigation. The driver of the vehicle involved was not injured.
