Tulsa Man Pleads Guilty To Fatal August 2023 Shooting

A Tulsa man pleads guilty to killing a man in a drive-by shooting in August 2023.

Tulsa Police said the victim, Kalvin Hulvey, was walking down the street near Pine and Lewis when Justin Trammel rode up on a mini-motorcycle and shot and killed Hulvey.

Trammel pled to first-degree murder and having a gun as a felon, he will be sentenced next week.
