Organizers of Tulsa's premier talent showcase, The Big Show Off, are currently holding auditions for the 2025 event following a successful fundraiser for the Tulsa Day Center in early February.
Tulsa Day Center Director of Development Monica Martin and guest judge Danny Boy O'Connor stopped by the Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Porch to talk more about the show.
The annual talent show aims to support the Tulsa Day Center's mission of assisting the homeless in the community.
Auditions are open to a wide array of talents, including musicians, comedians, acrobats, magicians, dancers, ventriloquists, rappers, fire dancers, drumlines, circus performers, choirs, cultural acts, animal acts, comedy troupes, and instrumental performances.
The organizers are seeking diverse acts to highlight the vibrant talent within the Tulsa-Metro area.
The panel of judges will consist of the same three judges from the previous year, with the addition of Joleen Brown, the winner of last year's competition.
Participants can submit a 90-second talent video through the official website by November 4 at noon.
Prizes for the top performers include $10,000 for first place, $5,000 for second place, and $2,500 for third place.
