TULSA, Okla. -

A new biographical drama, "Greenwood Rising: The Rise of Black Wall Street", premieres today, depicting the true story of O.W. Gurley, a visionary entrepreneur who transformed the Greenwood District into a thriving center for Black-owned businesses.

Starring Darius McCrary, known for his role as Eddie Winslow in "Family Matters", the film highlights the significance of Gurley’s contributions to economic empowerment within the Black community.

The 90-minute film is available for streaming on Fawesome, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, and all smart TVs, as well as iOS and Android devices.
