Price Tower Owner Files Lawsuit Against Building Conservancy

The owner of the Price Tower in Bartlesville has filed a lawsuit against the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy.

Cynthia Blanchard is asking a judge to dismiss the legal agreement the conservancy has over the tower because she says the agreement became void when she bought the deed to the tower in 2023.

The lawsuit also said the conservancy has interfered with her ability to sell the tower.

It is asking the judge to block the group from interfering further and pay damages.

A company filed a separate lawsuit against Blanchard in September saying the building couldn't go up for bid because she had already signed a contract in May to sell it to them.

An auction for Price Tower was set for this month but has been delayed to next month.
