A big crowd gathered in Downtown Tulsa for the final day of early voting, as people took their spot in a line that wraps around the Tulsa County Election Board.
"It’s been moving kind of quickly, I mean, we started past that pole over there,” said Duncan Hughes.
Many voters hope lines continue to move fast because they’re eager to get their hands on a ballot.
“I’m hoping less than an hour,” said Moriah Wallace.
“I was gonna say like 30 minutes,” said Katharine Hart.
With just days until the election, many people believe the turnout reflects a growing sense of urgency among young voters.
“I think that is has really shifted and younger generations are really valuing the civic duty that we have,” said Alex Gillham.
Gillham feels this election could shape her future.
“This is a very critical election I feel, for me as a woman, for my future family, for my family now,” she said.
Her cousin Kelsey agrees and says the younger generation can’t afford to sit this one out.
“I think a lot of people enjoy having a democracy and it's fragile and you have to fight for it,” she said.
Wallace and Hart are first-time voters and believe their peers can make a huge impact this election season.
“Our generation is very loud, in the sense that a lot of people know what they believe and they’re not afraid to let other people know,” said Wallace.
These young voters value every voice, regardless of age, and believe voting is vital in uniting all generations.
“I just think it’s really important to have your voice heard, I think it’s important that we as Americans have this right,” said Hadley Dejarnette.
