Residents in Berryhill voted to pass a $1.3 million bond for improvements to the town’s fire station, along with a $700,000 bond for the purchase of two new ambulances.

The Berryhill Fire Chief said he plans to file an official protest on Wednesday, alleging that some precincts experienced ballot issues, with ineligible individuals reportedly receiving ballots they should not have received.
