Daylight saving time began Nov. 3, and it joins other factors that may impact people in ways they don’t realize.
The News 9 team is joined by Dr. Joanne Skaggs of OU Health to discuss factors that can lead to disrupted or fragmented sleep and offer tips for improving sleep health.
Experts say disruptions to circadian rhythms can increase health risks, and these interruptions are often worsened by the return of daylight saving time and severe weather events.
