Man Arrested After Found Passed Out In Drive-Thru With Child In Car, Police Say

Tulsa Police arrested a man they say was passed out in his vehicle in a drive-thru with his 3-year-old child in the back seat.

It happened at the Whataburger near 81st and Highway 75.

They say Ellery Adams was unconscious with his foot on the brake.

Investigators say Adams told them he had recently smoked fentanyl and there was a bag on fentanyl in the car.
