Woman Killed In Broken Arrow Crash At 91st And Garnett

A woman was killed in a crash in Broken Arrow Tuesday afternoon, police say.

Broken Arrow Police said the crash happened at 91st and Garnett when a southbound vehicle rear-ended another at the stoplight of the intersection.

BAPD said it caused a chain reaction and two other vehicles were involved.

Police said the driver of the first vehicle was hospitalized and a woman in the passenger seat died at the hospital.

Officers said initial investigations indicated she was not wearing a seatbelt.

The crash is still under investigation, police said.
