The City of Tulsa rules a Tulsa skate shop will have to get rid of its large metal skate ramps.

Quickie-Mart has been offering free skate lessons in its parking lot every Saturday for over 16 years.

But, a neighbor complained to the city saying the ramps were too loud and the city agreed.

The skate shop proposed building a sound box to deaden the noise from the ramps, but today the city rejected that plan and said the shop has 30 days to remove the ramps.

The city says the shop can still use small ramps that can be stored inside the shop.
