43-Year-Old Man Arrested, Accused Of Stealing Copper Wire In Tulsa County

A 43-year-old man was arrested and accused of stealing copper wire from a PSO substation, authorities say.

Tulsa County deputies arrested Marshall Bratton, who they say was cutting wire and placing it on the other side of the fence at the station near Highway 169 and 86th Street North on Sunday.

Deputies spotted Bratton hiding in a nearby pond and took him into custody.
