Binger Proposition – PASSED

(This measure amends the current 1% sales tax to fund capital expenditures, including the Johnny Bench Museum, beautification projects, and municipal equipment.)

Clinton Regional Hospital Sale – PASSED

(This approves the sale of the city-owned hospital to a private group to maintain and operate it.)

Elk City Oil, Gas, and Mineral Revenue Fund – PASSED

(This directs funds from mineral sales to an "Infrastructure Endowment Fund," with 80% of interest designated for street, water, and sewer improvements.)

Elk City One Gas Franchise Agreement – PASSED

(This allows Oklahoma Natural Gas to operate and maintain the city’s natural gas system for the next 25 years.)

Jennings Clerk-Treasurer Appointment – PASSED

(This changes how the town clerk-treasurer is appointed.)

Kingfisher Half Cent Sales Tax Extension – PASSED

(This extension will fund city infrastructure improvements.)

Lahoma Town Clerk Appointment – PASSED

(This allows the mayor, with the board of trustees' approval, to appoint the town clerk.)

Noble $510,000 Ambulance Bond – PASSED

Noble 5% Lodging Tax – PASSED

(This introduces a new lodging tax in Noble, where one did not exist before.)

Sparks OGE Franchise Agreement – PASSED
