A quick and easy recipe that will make you feel like you're in Greece.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Cheese tortellini
- 1 Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
- 1 Cup of canned diced tomatoes with, basil, oregano, and garlic
- 1 Cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 Cup sliced Kalamata Olives
- 1/4 Cup crumbled Feta cheese
Instructions
- Assemble: Place seasoned sliced chicken breast into a hot skillet with olive oil, and let brown. Add crushed tomatoes, tortellini, feta, and olives into a the skillet.
- Cook: Place a lid on the skillet and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
