Ingredients
- 1 LB. Seasoned beef or chicken fajita meat
- 1 tsp. Taco seasoning
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce
- 2 Cups Coleslaw mix
- 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes
- 2/3 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 Red onion
- 2 Cups Doritos (or tortilla chips)
- 1/2 Cup Sour cream
- 1/4 Cup Salsa
Instructions
- Cook: Cook the fajita meat in a pan until fully cooked. Add taco seasoning and a little water while cooking.
- Dressing: Mix sour cream and salsa together in order to create the sauce
- Mix salad: Pour romaine lettuce, cheese, cherry tomatoes, onion, and crushed Doritos (optional: Green peppers or beans) into large bowl
- Pour: Pour fajita meat on top of the prepared salad, adding the sour cream and salsa dressing on top
