Authorities say the old Salvation Army building on Main Street has collapsed. Ada Square also sustained damage, and the Portland park areas are reported to be affected.

Emergency operations are being conducted from Agraplex, southwest of the airport, to assist residents stuck in their homes at Broadway Ave. and NE Richardson Loop.
