OHP: 19-year-old Kansas man killed in crash near Guthrie

A 19-year-old Kansas man was killed Tuesday in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 southbound near Guthrie, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Joshua C. Hicks, of Manhattan, Kansas, was driving a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee when the crash occurred around 2:44 p.m. at mile marker 156 in Logan County, troopers said.

Hicks was pronounced dead at the scene by Guthrie EMS from injuries sustained in the crash.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
