The Sooner Fire Department in Logan County said on Tuesday that it is offering a wide array of donations to last weekend’s wildfire victims.

The volunteers said they are stocked with supplies and encouraged anyone in need to stop by the station.

“Just the community pulling together to make sure nobody goes without,” said Cheraki Breeden, referencing the donations.

From children’s toys to dish soap, “We have anything from hair ties to diapers to some food items. We have pillows; multiple different sizes of clothing and shoes. Super nice business clothes. Water-- everything. You name it.”

Breeden said since Tuesday morning, six people have come in for supplies.

“I know pride stands in the way a lot of the time, but don’t hesitate to come out here and grab what you think you might need. We have everything,” Breeden shared.

For her, giving back is personal.

“I lost my house in 2020 to a house fire and it's just the initial shock-- thinking of all the little things. So let us be your brain for a minute and we will get you squared away,” Breeden recommended.

Sooner Volunteer Fire Department told News 9 it could use more donations of men's items, including jeans, socks, and underwear.

Breeden said donations can be dropped off at their fire department.
