The Thunder playoff energy is just getting started. As Oklahoma City gears up for Game 2 of the first round, the team is keeping the momentum going with free fan events, giveaways, and city-wide perks designed to bring Thunder fans together.
As the Oklahoma City Thunder prepare for Game 2 of the first round of the NBA playoffs, the team is inviting fans to Thunder Up!
Thunder Up in the Park will take place at Scissortail Park on Tuesday, April 22, from 3 to 6 p.m., and is open to fans of all ages.
Some of the activities will include the Michelob Ultra Beer Garden, face painting, Thunder entertainers, and a youth zone featuring a basketball hoop, video game truck, and prize giveaways. Local band Jason Scott and the High Heat will perform live at 4:30 p.m.
Fans 18 and older can enter the Thunder Ticket Challenge for a chance to win a pair of tickets to Tuesday's playoff game. Up to 20 pairs of tickets will be given away. Winners will be randomly selected.
The Thunder have also released the official playoff shirts for Game 2. All fans attending the game will receive a free shirt upon entry. The team is encouraging everyone to wear them inside the arena to build energy and unity throughout the crowd.
Love’s Travel Stop is helping fans save during each Thunder home playoff game. Through the Love’s Connect app, users can get 20 cents off per gallon of gas and 30 cents off per gallon of auto diesel.
To redeem the offer, fans must download the app, create an account, and scan their in-app barcode or enter their phone number at the pump.

Season ticket members already have access and can manage their seats through the Thunder app or here.
Fans can still find verified resale tickets through the Thunder website, although prices may vary and include a 20% service fee.
First-round games will air live on FanDuel Sports Network, ESPN, TNT, or ABC. Beyond the first round, games will be nationally televised only.
Starting April 9, the Thunder will unveil new large-scale playoff-inspired graphics across the metro, including at Paycom Center, Omni Hotel, and along the OKC Streetcar.
Back by popular demand, a Thunder-themed shipping container art installation will return to Scissortail Park. Designed by woman-owned SkyFlint Critical Technologies, the structure features four 20-foot containers stacked vertically and a 40-foot bridge container at the top.
In addition, more than a dozen local businesses will display Thunder-inspired window art throughout the playoffs.
