1 arrested in SW OKC pursuit
A pursuit in southwest Oklahoma City leads to one arrest, police say.Monday, April 21st 2025, 4:48 am
OKLAHOMA CITY -
One person is in custody after a pursuit Monday morning in southwest Oklahoma City, according to police.
Oklahoma City Police say the pursuit began after a driver failed to yield to a traffic stop near Interstate 240 and South Western Avenue.
Police say the Oklahoma Highway Patrol was also involved in the pursuit.
Officers say the driver got out on foot and was eventually taken into custody near Southwest 89th Street and South Western Avenue.
It is unknown why the driver fled from the police.
No names have been released at this time.
