Emergency crews respond to vehicle in water near I-40 and Penn

According to the Oklahoma City Fire Department, the vehicle is in the water near I-40 and Pennsylvania Avenue.

It is currently unclear if anyone is inside the vehicle. Oklahoma City Fire Department says that crews are on the scene to assess the situation and prepare for a potential water rescue.
