Former Laverne High School teacher arrested for sending explicit messages to students

Brogan Sears, a former teacher and coach at Laverne High School, was arrested Tuesday following an investigation into sexually explicit messages sent to students.

LAVERNE, Okla. -

An investigation into sexually explicit messages sent to students in Laverne results in the arrest of a former teacher, investigators say.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) says Brogan Sears, who taught and coached at Laverne High School, sent sexually explicit messages to a student for several months.

Agents say Sears was booked into the Harper County Jail on Tuesday.
