A man is in jail after Tulsa Police said he led officers on a chase using a stolen truck, and officers said they found several pairs of stolen keys in that truck.

Heavy rains late Tuesday and early Wednesday north of the Oklahoma-Kansas state line have closed roads, stranded cars and led to evacuations.
