Cowgirls Lose Another Starter To Transfer

The Cowgirl basketball team took another hit when sophomore guard Brittany Atkins announced she is transferring.

On Saturday Atkins tweeted, “Few days ago I made the decision to not return to okstate next year. Thanks to all the fans! But it's time to move on!”

Atkins was the starting shooting guard until she suffered a knee injury against West Virginia on Jan. 17th.

The Cowgirls also lost sophomore point guard Roshunda Johnson to transfer on Friday.
