A former Oklahoma pharmacist will spend an extra two years in prison after he was found with painkiller patches in prison.
Jerome Ersland was convicted in the shooting death of 16-year-old Antwun Parker back in May 2009. Ersland said the shooting was self-defense during a robbery attempt of his pharmacy.
Ersland was sentenced to two more years after he was found with Fentanyl painkiller patches. His son, Jeffrey Ersland pleaded no contest for a charge of bringing drugs into prison.
