Aaryn Ellenberg was named honorable mention for the Associated Press women's basketball All-America team announced Tuesday.
Ellenberg was also an honorable mention in 2013. The senior was the Big 12 Conference's second-leading scorer with 19.3 points per game and finished her career with a 36-point performance against DePaul in the NCAA First Round. She led the Sooners in points scored, field goals made, 3-point field goals made, steals and minutes per game.
It is the 13th time since the 2000 season that a Sooner has been named to the Associated Press' top teams.
Ellenberg also set OU's season and career records for 3-pointers made and finished 10th all-time in NCAA history in the category.
Three times, Ellenberg has been named to the All-Big 12 First Team, including unanimous votes the last two seasons.
The first team included three unanimous selections -- Stanford's Chiney Ogwumike, Baylor's Odyssey Sims and Connecticut's Breanna Stewart -- along with Notre Dame's Kayla McBride and Maryland's Alyssa Thomas.
