Police Identify Man Found Dead At OKC Apartment Complex

Police have released the name of a man who was found dead in an apartment complex parking lot near the State Capitol.

Saturday night, someone spotted the man in a truck in the parking lot of the Liberty Station Apartments. When officers arrived, they found 59-year-old Charles Jasper slumped over in the vehicle, still wearing his seatbelt.

Police say Jasper had signs of trauma to his body that were consistent with homicide.
