Crews Clean Up Chemical Spill At Hospital In Guthrie

Hazmat crews rushed to clean up a chemical spill early Monday morning at Mercy Hospital in Guthrie.

There was a spill in the hospital's lab before 4 a.m. Ambulances were briefly diverted, but the hospital says no one was evacuated and no patients were affected.

The spill was quickly cleaned up. The hospital did not say what kind of chemical it was, or what caused the spill.
