MEND: Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death
A local support group is hoping more grieving mothers will come to their monthly meetings - specifically mothers who have lost a baby before birth, at birth, or while the baby was still an infant.
The group can help grieving parents cope, especially during the holidays.

John 3:16 Mission is the News On 6 at 4 p.m. non-profit of the month. More than 200 people are staying there this holiday season, and the mission needs help to make sure everyone gets a gift.
They can always use money, but you can also donate gifts for their Christmas store, food that can be used in Christmas baskets and other items listed below.

Gathering Place Winter Wonderland
It’s going to look a lot like Christmas at Gathering Place this week! Winter Wonderland presented by American Airlines will fill the park with holiday cheer starting on December 18.
All activities are free and open to the public. The event runs from 5 – 8 p.m. December 18 through January 1.

Flu Vaccines
The health department said you can get the flu vaccine on a walk-in basis Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Tulsa Health Department locations below:
