Rescued: Bald Eagle Grounded By 8-Pound Ball Of Ice

A bald eagle is flying free after being rescued from a frozen lake. Last week, the male eagle got stuck on Lake Michigan and couldn't fly because an eight-pound ball of ice formed on his tail.

A wildlife rescue defrosted the bird and spent days making sure he was strong enough to fly.

Then on Tuesday, about 500-people gathered to watch the eagle return to the wild.
