Broken Arrow Man Accused Of Child Sexual Abuse Extradited To Oklahoma

A Broken Arrow man charged with sexually assaulting a little girl is back in Oklahoma. Kevin Dwight Norvell was extradited from Ohio, where U.S. Marshals arrested him.

Police say he assaulted the victim for three years.

Norvell was previously convicted of sexually abusing a child in Ohio years ago.  He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail at 5:30 p.m. September 25, 2018, on complaints of first-degree rape (victim under 14 years of age) and five counts of child sexual abuse (child under 12).

His bond is set at $800,000
