Tulsa police release body cam video from the scene of a violent hit-and-run.
Police say Marco Laskey was under the influence of drugs when he crashed his truck into several vehicles last week.
The video shows a pickup on its side up against a heavily damaged car.
Prosecutors charged Laskey with hit-and-run and driving under the influence.
