Three people were arrested overnight Friday after a shot was fired outside Joe Mamma's Pizza in downtown Tulsa. Police were called to the scene around midnight, after gun fire was heard.

When they arrived on scene, a witness pointed out a silver car that was pulling into a parking lot at 3rd and Elgin. An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper stopped the car and questioned driver Daniel Henry Hamra, 27.

Hamra reportedly smelled of alcohol and admitted there was a gun in the vehicle, according to the trooper's report.

Tulsa Police officers arrived and questioned two passengers, Elizabeth  Leonard, 28, and Kyle Diffee, 27.  Both smelled of alcohol, the report states.

The witness said Diffee was the one who fired a bullet into the ground. Police found a spent .40-caliber casing on the ground where the bullet struck, according to the arrest report.

They also recovered two handguns from the car, a green 9mm and a black .40-caliber weapon.

Driver Daniel Hamra was arrested for driving under the influence, carrying a firearm while intoxicated and obstructing an officer. Kyle Diffee was booked on complaints of public intoxication, reckless handling of a firearm, carrying a firearm while intoxicated and obstructing an officer.

Elizabeth Leonard was booked on a complaint of public intoxication.

No one was hurt.
