TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa basketball announced Friday that former Jenks Star Bryson Pope has left the Golden Hurricane Basketball team after two seasons.
“We wish Bryce well in his future endeavors and hope that he continues his college basketball career and earns his degree,” Tulsa basketball coach Doug Wojcik said in a press release.
The 6-foot-6-inch guard averaged five points and 2.7 rebounds in his 67-game career with the Golden Hurricane. In his sophomore campaign, Pope recorded season-highs of 16 points at Wichita State, 11 rebounds at Arizona State and seven assists against SMU.
