GROVE, Oklahoma -- A Delaware County man is in jail, accused of stabbing another man to death during an argument early Monday morning.
The Delaware County Sheriff's Office says Devin Martin, 20, of Eucha allegedly stabbed Christian Dubois, 23, of Grove on a rural county road just after Midnight.
A witness told sheriff's office investigators that an argument between Martin and the victim turned physical, when Martin allegedly stabbed the victim multiple times in the neck and then fled on foot.
The witness and victim then drove to the Grove Police Department. Dubois was transported to a Grove hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Martin was picked up hours later at a Grove convenience store and booked into the Delaware County jail on a complaint of first degree murder.
Martin's bond was set at $100,000 and is scheduled for a court appearance on Feburary 8, 2011.
