Tulsa based Williams Companies has gotten a $1-billion loan. The company says it will use the three-year loan for general corporate purposes.
It will also issue letters of credit. The loan is being secured by the company's gas gathering and processing assets in the Rockies.
The company says this will help increase Williams’ financial flexibility.
