Two men face charges this morning in the murder of a Tulsa grocery store clerk.

A judge has upgraded manslaughter charges to murder against 23-year-old Nicholas Winford and 18-year-old Tony Williams.

They're accused of shooting Jon Chadwick in the head in July outside the Albertson's at 41st and Peoria.

Chadwick was chasing people who stole some beer.

Three other people are also charged in Chadwick's death.

All five suspects are in the Tulsa County jail.
