A Broken Arrow man faces a felony charge as a peeping tom. He was caught taking pictures up a young woman's skirt.

Tulsa Police arrested 33-year-old Riccardo Ferrante and recovered his digital camera. Security noticed a man following women in the 71st street Target.

Surveillance video shows him kneeling down next to a 16-year-old girl pretending to look at cards. Instead, he's pointing his camera up her skirt.

Tulsa Police Cpl Mark Mears: "With digital cameras and phone cameras, it's very easy to get video. There's been, you can ask our cyber crimes guys, many of these that end up on the Internet."

Tulsa Police say Ferrante was caught because of the security employee's work.
