Tulsa Police confirmed a child's body was found in the Verdigris river, and it may be connected to the missing children in Tulsa.
Muskogee County Emergency Management said the body was found 1.5 mile north of Highway 62 in Muskogee County along the Verdigris River and now several different agencies are back out on the water.

Muskogee County Emergency Management along with Muskogee PD, Fort Gibson Fire, and Cherokee Nation are all out on boats right now joining in the search. Some of them are working their way South to meet different agencies who started in Fort Gibson then other agencies are working their way south from Wagoner.
Tuesday night law enforcement got a tip that a fisherman saw a child's body was seen floating in the water near Lock and Dam 17. Okay Fire then saw the body pass through and Muskogee County Emergency Management put a boat in near the Port of Catoosa.
They say the body was recovered about a mile and a half north of Highway 62 near where the three rivers converge.
The weather has played a big role in the search Wednesday morning and will continue to do so throughout the day. They are closely coordinating with TPD during this search.
