Enrollment starts Thursday morning for Tulsa Public Schools' "Ready. Set. Summer!" program. The district hopes the program gives students the chance to learn during the summer months.

Kindergarten through 12th graders can participate at their home school July 6-30. Registration opens at 10 a.m. Thursday and ends May 21. The district said spaces are limited and students who register too late will be put on a waitlist.

According to the district's website, each individual school will create its own summer programming but all students will be able to experience hands-on learning and enjoy fun summer activities. Meals for the program will be provided by TPS's Summer Cafe Program.
